Title: Evaluation of an interpreted architecture for Pascal on a personal computer

Abstract: This report describes the design and implementation of an interpreter on a personal computer. The architecture interpreted was specifically designed for the execution of Pascal and belongs to the class of architecture known as Direct Correspondence Architectures. The evaluation of the interpreter provides information about the suitability of the host for this architecture and identifies features of the architecture which are not adequately supported by the host.
